The spokesman for the Ministry of the Interior in Gaza Iyad Al-Bozm confirmed that about 900000 Palestinians remain in the Gaza City and North Gaza governorates pointing out that all bakeries have stopped working there.
There are currently 225 shelter centers across the Gaza Strip including 97 shelter centers in the Gaza and North Gaza governorates where approximately 311000 displaced people are taking refuge Al-Bozm added.
He further pointed out that residents of shelter centers in the Gaza and North Gaza governorates were also targeted by the Israeli attacks.
He confirmed that no aid supplies have reached the people in Gaza and North Gaza for 32 days.
All bakeries in Gaza City and northern Gaza stopped operating after being targeted by Israeli warplanes and the lack of fuel and flour which seriously threatens the lives of 900000 Palestinians.
He emphasized that because water from Gaza and the northern Gaza region is cut off by the Israeli occupation people are turning to drinking contaminated water.
