Senior Hamas official Osama Hamdan has said that “the Palestinian resistance’s ability in the field is greater than what the enemy has thought” adding that “time is not on the Israeli occupation’s side.”
“What we are discussing now is the option of victory how to crush the terrorist Zionist aggression against Gaza and stopping it completely. We must wager on the resistance’s performance in the field” Hamdan said in press remarks to Al Jazeera satellite channel on Sunday evening.
“What happened in the previous days confirmed that the resistance commandership has alternatives plans and flexibility of movement in addition to the efficiency of the fighters and their ability to maneuver in the field. We are talking about 160 tanks and vehicles that had been destroyed until yesterday” Hamdan underlined.
“Our position on the prisoner file has been clear from the beginning which is a comprehensive swap deal. As for those holding foreign passports there are negotiations for their release but the Zionist party is the one that obstructs these talks” the Hamas official said.
“The release of detainees is a humanitarian issue but it should be on both sides which means that humanitarian aid must enter Gaza without restrictions” he added.
