The Hamas Movement has announced “an agreement with the Qatari and Egyptian brothers to extend the temporary humanitarian truce (with Israel) by two days under the same conditions as the previous truce.”
This came in a brief press release on Monday evening posted on the Movement’s Telegram channel.
Meanwhile, the spokesman of Qatar’s Foreign Ministry, Majed Al-Ansari, announced in a tweet on X that that “Hamas and Israel have agreed to extend the truce by two additional days.”
The four-day truce with Israel in Gaza is due to expire on Tuesday morning at 07:00 am (local time).
