The Hamas Movement has charged that the ongoing Israeli military operation taking place in the city of Jenin and its refugee camp since dawn hours on Tuesday is an extension of the all-out war waged by the Israeli fascist occupation government against the Palestinian people in all locations.
Hamas stressed in a statement on Wednesday that this operation is a desperate attempt to extinguish the flame of resistance among the Palestinians.
The ongoing crimes, violations, ground and air raids on Jenin and its camp will never deter resistance, Hamas added.
It said that the steadfast Palestinian people in the West Bank affirmed that they adhere to resistance and insistence on confronting the fascist occupation and its terrorist settlers.
The Movement called on the masses of the Palestinian people in the West Bank to escalate resistance in all cities and towns, until the Israeli occupation is defeated.
Armed clashes are still ongoing in various locations in the city of Jenin, its camp, and nearby towns, with resistance fighters confronting IOF soldiers with gunfire and explosive devices.
The Israeli ongoing aggression and terrorism carried out against Jenin and its camp has led to the martyrdom of 7 Palestinian citizens including a 13-year-old child and four Palestinians who were martyred by the Israeli bombing of Al-Sibat area in the old city of Jenin.
