A Palestinian young man was killed and 14 others were injured as clashes erupted in Ramallah after being violently stormed by the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) at dawn Thursday.
Local sources reported that the IOF troops stormed the city from different entrances, which led to the outbreak of violent confrontations.
The young man Hazem Al-Qatawi was shot and killed during the raid, while 14 others were injured, including a journalist, the sources added.
Medical sources affirmed that four gunshot injuries were reported during the clashes.
Meanwhile, another young man died of injuries he sustained during an Israeli military raid into Nablus ten days ago.
The Palestinian Health Ministry affirmed that Tariq Maher Shakhshir, 21, died of gunshot injuries he sustained on December 10.
The Palestinian health ministry pointed out that 314 Palestinians have been killed in the West Bank since the start of Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip on October 7.
Since the start of the year, 522 Palestinians have been killed in West Bank towns and cities.
Meanwhile, the IOF raided a number of exchange shops in Ramallah, arresting some of their owners.
Similar raids were also reported in Beitunia, al-Bireh, and Beit Laqya.
