WEST BANK, (PIC)
Palestinian masses in the West Bank on Thursday marched in the funeral procession of three martyrs killed by Israeli occupation forces (IOF) in cities of Ramallah, Nablus and Tulkarem, amid chants in support of Gaza and the resistance.
Funeral processions were held for the three martyrs from hospitals to their homes in the three cities to allow their families to bid them final farewell before performing the funeral prayers and burying them.
The participants in the funeral processions chanted slogans in support of Al-Qassam Brigades, the armed wing of Hamas, and calling for the unity of the Palestinians, and other slogans condemning Israel’s crimes in Gaza and the West Bank.
The masses also chanted for Mohammad Al-Daif, the Leader of Al-Qassam Brigades, and called for halting the Palestinian Authority’s security coordination with Israel and ending its persecution of resistance fighters.
The martyrs are Tareq Al-Shakhshir, who died this morning of wounds he sustained two weeks ago after he had been shot by the IOF soldiers in Nablus; Hazem Qettawi, 23, who died this morning of his wounds as he was shot earlier in the day in armed clashes with the IOF in central Ramallah; and Abdulkarim Bedairat, 22, who died last night of his critical wounds after he was severely injured in the abdomen with Israeli missile shrapnel launched from a drone towards Palestinian citizens in Tulkarem on November 14.
The number of martyrs who have been killed by the IOF in the West Bank and Jerusalem, since October7, mounted to 326.
