WEST BANK, (PIC)
At least 25 Palestinian citizens were kidnaped by the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) in a large-scale campaign in the West Bank, which started last night and continued into Tuesday morning.
These new detainees increased the number of Palestinians kidnaped by the Israeli army in the West Bank since October 7 to 5,755.
According to the Palestinian Commission of Detainees’ and Ex-Detainees’ Affairs and the Palestinian Prisoner Society (PPS), most of those detained were from Bethlehem and the remaining detainees were from Jenin, Qalqilya, Ramallah, Nablus, Tulkarem and Jerusalem.
The Commission and PPS accused the IOF of persisting in assaulting Palestinian citizens, ransacking their homes, damaging their property, confiscating their vehicles and money, opening fire at them, and destroying public infrastructure during its raids in the West Bank.
