A Palestinian child was shot dead on Sunday when the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) opened fire at Palestinian citizens in Ein al-Sultan refugee camp, north of Jericho.
Medical sources said that 14-year-old Louay al-Sufi died of a critical bullet injury in his chest.
Local sources said that the kid was injured when Israeli soldiers stormed Ein al-Sultan camp and embarked on opening fire at citizens with no reason, adding that he was rushed to Jericho Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
In a separate incident, a young man suffered bruises and fractures today in Surif town in the northwest of al-Khalil when Israeli soldiers assaulted him and kidnaped his brother following a raid on their house.
The IOF also stormed al-Arroub refugee camp and Idhna town in al-Khalil and kidnaped three teenagers and another citizen along with his brother and three of his sons after ransacking their homes.
A similar IOF raid happened in Beit Ummar town in al-Khalil, where Israeli forces pillaged homes and confiscated a car after forcing its owner to drive it to Karmei Tzur settlement.
