The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) kidnaped at least 16 Palestinian citizens and stole cars and gold jewelry during overnight and dawn raids in the West Bank on Wednesday.
According to local sources, a large number of Israeli troops stormed al-Ein refugee camp in Nablus and kidnaped one young man.
The IOF also kidnaped nine citizens during overnight and dawn raids in the towns of Hares and Kifl Hares in Salfit.
In al-Khalil, the IOF kidnaped at dawn four citizens from the city and the town of Bani Na’im.
The IOF also pillaged homes and stole four cars and gold jewelry belonging to citizens in Bani Na’im.
In Ramallah, a Palestinian woman and her son were taken prisoners during a dawn IOF raid in Jalazon refugee camp.
Local sources in the camp said that the IOF kidnaped the mother and brother of an ex-detainee called Mahdi Abu Sharifa to pressure him to turn himself in.
