The Israeli occupation authority (IOA) demolished on Tuesday two Palestinian houses in Jericho and Jerusalem and bulldozed a wall in al-Khalil City at the pretext of unlicensed construction.
According to Palestinian media reports, Israeli forces stormed al-Nuway’imah village in the north of Jericho and demolished a house belonging to Nayef Najoum and his family.
Local residents from the same family also received military demolition orders against six homes in the village.
In east Jerusalem, the Israeli municipality demolished a house belonging to the family of al-Rajbi in Silwan district.
In al-Khalil, the Israeli army bulldozed a wall near the entrance of Bani Naim town.
Palestinian houses and structures in the West Bank and Jerusalem are a frequent target for demolition as the Israeli occupation authority makes it very difficult for Palestinian citizens to obtain building permits.
