Israeli occupation forces (IOF) killed a Palestinian citizen and wounded two others in Beit Awa town in al-Khalil on Thursday evening.
The Palestinian Red Crescent Society said in a terse statement that its crews were handed the body of a martyr and two wounded citizens, who were shot by the IOF near the entrance of Beit Awa in southern al-Khalil.
It added that its crews carried the body and the wounded to hospitals in al-Khalil, without elaborating on any further details of the incident.
For its part, the Ministry of Health said that a Palestinian citizen was killed and two others wounded, one of them in critical condition, by the IOF in Beit Awa village.
