Thousands of Palestinian citizens in 1948 Occupied Palestine took to the streets in a massive march in the town of Kafr Kanna, in protest against the Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, the West Bank and occupied Jerusalem.

The massive march kicked off from Memorial Square, in Kafr Kanna, on Saturday afternoon led by leaders of the Arab parties and the Islamic Movement, roaming the town’s neighborhoods all the way down to the municipal stadium.

The massive rally, the first since the start of the Israeli aggression against Gaza, came in response to the call of the Supreme Follow-up Committee for the Arab masses which called in a statement on Friday for the participation in the central demonstration in condemnation of the Israeli aggression.

The protesters chanted slogans against the Israeli genocidal war in Gaza, calling on the international community to exert more efforts to confront the Israeli occupation government and oblige it to stop the war, warning of the repercussions of Israel’s threats to invade Rafah, which would result in unprecedented crimes.

This comes in light of the Israeli tightened restrictions on the Palestinians in 1948 Occupied Palestine, including the prohibition of holding demonstrations or other events in solidarity with Gaza since the beginning of the aggression on October 7 last year.

Israeli police have since then carried out a campaign of arrests against many Arab politicians and activists in 1948 Occupied Palestine over charges of criticizing the Israeli occupation policies and the bloody aggression on Gaza.
