IOF raids homes, kidnaps Palestinians in W. Bank

The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) raided several homes and kidnaped a number of Palestinian citizens during campaigns last night and at dawn Sunday in the West Bank, amid clashes with resistance fighters in some areas.

In Nablus, the IOF kidnaped a female university student called Halima Abu Amara after raiding her home in al-Madares street in the city.

Local sources said that the IOF stormed different neighborhoods of Nablus City, while resistance fighters detonated explosive devices during armed clashes with Israeli soldiers.

In Qalqilya, the IOF broke into and ransacked several homes last night in Azzun town and patrolled the streets of Jayyous town, with no reported arrests.

In Tulkarem, Israeli forces carried out raids on some homes and detained two citizens for interrogation before releasing them.

Resistance fighters reportedly opened fire at Israeli soldiers and their vehicles in the Iktaba suburb of Tulkarem and Nur Shams refugee camp.

In Ramallah, the IOF kidnaped a young man from Deir Ibzi village in western Ramallah and stormed al-Jalazon refugee camp in northern Ramallah.

In Bethlehem, the IOF raided the house of Ali Asakra (ex-detainee) and handed him a summons for interrogation at Gush Etzion settlement, and pillaged homes in Beit Fajjar town and Husan village in the province.

Three young men were reportedly taken prisoners during IOF raids on homes in Husan village.

The IOF also stormed last night and at dawn different areas of al-Khalil province and other West Bank areas, without making arrests.
