The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) kidnaped last night and at dawn Saturday a number of Palestinian citizens and came under fire from resistance fighters during raids in the West Bank.
According to local sources, the IOF stormed the eastern area of Nablus and kidnaped a young man from his home in Kurum Ashour neighborhood.
Two other young men were taken prisoners during an IOF raid in the old Askar refugee camp in eastern Nablus.
In Qalqilya, Israeli forces stormed Qalqilya City and kidnaped two young men as they were en route at night to their workplace and another one after ransacking his home.
The IOF also raided multiple homes and clashed with resistance fighters in Qalqilya City.
In Jenin, the IOF assaulted citizens and searched for security camera recordings during raids in Silat ad-Dhahiriya town, amid clashes with resistance fighters and local youths.
Local sources reported that one explosive device was thrown at Israeli soldiers during the events in the town.
In Tulkarem, resistance fighters opened fire and detonated a number of explosive devices at Israeli soldiers and their vehicles in the city and Nur Shams refugee camp. One IOF bulldozer sustained damage.
The IOF reportedly used bulldozers to wreak havoc on roads and public and private property in Tulkarem City and Nur Shams camp.
Israeli forces also assaulted journalists and opened fire at ambulances in Tulkarem and Nur Shams.
