Many Arab cities witnessed marches and protests following the Friday prayer in which thousands of protesters participated in support of the Palestinian people and to denounce the brutal aggression of the Israeli occupation against the Gaza Strip and protesting against the war of starvation against its inhabitants.

Morocco

In Morocco, the Moroccan Authority for Supporting the Nation’s Causes announced the organization of 125 demonstrations in 60 cities in solidarity with the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip and in protest against the Israeli aggression.

Among the cities that witnessed the protests were Beni Mellal and Meknes in the north, Casablanca and El Jadida in the west, and Taza in the east.

The protesters raised slogans condemning the massacres committed by Israel against civilians in Gaza and the policy of starvation and forced displacement of the population. The slogans also condemned the official Arab and international silence towards what is happening in the besieged Gaza Strip. The protesters called on the international community to assume its responsibility in protecting the civilians who are being oppressed daily by the Israeli occupation army.

Jordan

In Jordan, thousands of Jordanians participated in marches after Friday prayers, organized by the National Forum for Supporting the Resistance, which included demonstrations in 6 Jordanian governorates and cities, denouncing the war of starvation in the Gaza Strip.

In the capital, Amman, a massive march started from the Al-Husseini Mosque in the city center and reached Al-Nakhil Square. Banners were raised in the march with slogans such as “We are coming, O Jerusalem” and “Where are the Arabs? Where are the Muslims?” and “To break the war of starvation, a land bridge to northern Gaza.”

In the city of Irbid, located in northern Jordan, a massive march took place in support of Gaza and its besieged people. The march was distinguished by the presence of local and tribal figures, as well as Islamic and labor union forces.

Similar marches and protests also took place in the governorates of Karak, Tafilah, and Ma’an in southern Jordan, as well as in the cities of Mafraq and Zarqa.

Yemen

Tens of thousands of Yemenis demonstrated on Friday in the capital, Sana’a, and a number of Yemeni governorates in solidarity with the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip.

The Saba News Agency, affiliated with the Ansar Allah group, reported that Sana’a witnessed a million-person demonstration under the slogan “Yemen’s Ramadan, a flood that triumphs for Gaza.”

The protesters raised Yemeni and Palestinian flags and banners denouncing the genocidal war waged by the Israeli occupation army against the besieged Palestinian people.

Several Yemeni governorates also witnessed similar demonstrations in support of Gaza and in condemnation of the Israeli crimes, notably Al-Hudaydah and Hajjah in the west, Saada and Al-Jawf in the north, and Dhamar in the south.
