The number of Palestinian martyrs in the West Bank has risen to nine in four separate incidents in less than 24 hours.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced the martyrdom of the 18-year-old, Mohammed Abdul Karim Saleh, from Al-Amari refugee camp early Thursday morning, as a result of critical injuries sustained from being shot by live ammunition in the head by the Israeli occupation forces in Al-Amari camp.

The same sources added that two other citizens were shot during confrontations with the IOF soldiers in the Umm ash-Sharayet neighborhood in Al-Bireh. One was shot in the thigh and the other in the waist, and their injuries were described as stable.

In another incident, the IOF executed a Palestinian man on Thursday morning after shooting at him and leaving him bleeding to death at the junction of the Gush Etzion settlement bloc in southern Bethlehem in the West Bank.

Hebrew media outlets confirmed that the man died as a result of his injuries after being left to bleed to death.

Palestinian sources identified the martyr as Musa Samih Zaitoun, 63 years old, from the city of Al Khalil, who was shot by IOF soldiers south of Bethlehem.

The Palestinian Red Crescent reported receiving information about the martyrdom of a citizen by Israeli gunfire near the Elazar settlement, illegally built on the lands of the citizens in the town of Al-Khader, south of Bethlehem, and preventing ambulance crews from approaching or transporting his body.

It indicated that the occupation forces took away the martyr’s body in an Israeli ambulance.

Meanwhile, four young men were martyred in the Israeli aggression on the Nur Shams refugee camp east of Tulkarem that has been ongoing since Wednesday evening.

The Palestinian Red Crescent said that the final toll of the IOF raid on the Nur Shams camp is four martyrs, two from shelling and two from live ammunition, in addition to an injury caused by shrapnel in the face.

Three Palestinians were martyred and a fourth was injured in an assassination carried out by the Israeli air force, targeting a car on the outskirts of the Jenin camp in the northern West Bank.

The Jenin Red Crescent Society reported that its teams transferred at least three martyrs to Jenin Governmental Hospital, while a fourth citizen was seriously injured.
