IOF carries out large-scale raid and arrest campaign in the West Bank

Israeli occupation forces (IOF) carried out at dawn Friday a large-scale raid and arrest campaign across the occupied West Bank, amid confrontations with resistance fighters.

In Jenin, the IOF stormed the town of Kafr Rai, southwest of the city, raided and inspected many homes, and carried out field investigation with their residents.

Violent confrontations erupted in the town, leading to the injury of two young men by Israeli gunfire. The Red Crescent Society reported that its crews dealt with a back injury during the confrontations.

Meanwhile, the IOF stormed the town of Fahma, south of Jenin, and launched raids and searches in a number of homes and interrogated their residents, leading to the outbreak of clashes between resistance fighters and the invading Israeli troops, which made the IOF summon reinforcements to the town who began combing operations, rounding up and interrogating citizens, and arresting at least three young men.

In Nablus, the IOF stormed the new Askar refugee camp, east of the city, and arrested the young man, Sameh Bsharat, after storming his house. As, a result, the resistance fighters in the camp confronted the IOF with gunfire and homemade explosive devices.

As for Al-Khalil, the IOF raided the home of the family of the martyr Moamen Fayez Al-Masalma in the town of Dura, south of the city, abused his family members, and took measurements of the house in preparation for its demolition at a later time.

A number of Palestinian workers from the Gaza Strip were also arrested by the IOF during the raid in the town of Ithna, west of Al-Khalil.

In Bethlehem, the IOF stormed the town of Beit Fujjar, south of the city, and carried out a storming and inspection operations in several homes.
