The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) kidnaped at dawn Wednesday a number of Palestinian citizens during raids in the West Bank, amid clashes in some areas.
According to local sources, the IOF kidnaped two citizens from Halhul town in northern al-Khalil.
The IOF also set up several makeshift checkpoints at the entrances of al-Khalil City, its towns, villages and refugee camps and closed a number of roads with barriers, concrete blocks and mounds of dirt and rocks.
In Jenin, Israeli forces kidnaped four young men from the towns of Ya’bad and Kafr Dan.
The IOF also stormed several homes after destroying their doors, occupied the rooftops of two homes and seized a car wash in Jalbun village, east of Jenin.
Meanwhile, the IOF kidnaped two young men from the new refugee camp of Askar in eastern Nablus and two others from Azzun town in eastern Qalqilya.
Local sources in Azzun said that Israeli soldiers set up a checkpoint at the western entrance of the town and obstructed the movement of Palestinian citizens and vehicles.
