The Ministry of Health in Gaza announced on Wednesday that at least 62 Palestinians were martyred in 7 Israeli massacres committed in the Gaza Strip over the past 24 hours.
It said in a statement that 138 citizens were injured in the same period, adding that the casualty toll of the Israeli aggression on Gaza ongoing since 7 October last year had thus risen to 35,709 martyrs and 79,990 injured.
The ministry pointed out that a number of other victims are still under the rubble of destroyed buildings or lying in the streets but could not be retrieved due to the Israeli shelling and gunfire.
