Two Lebanese citizens were martyred on Sunday when an Israeli airstrike targeted their home in Houla town, south of the country.
Lebanese media sources said the airstrike killed two brothers identified as Ali and Mohamed Qasem.
The sources added that the Israeli occupation army also launched artillery attacks on the towns of Naqoura, Dahira, Yarine, Ayta ash-Shaab, and Tallat al-Awaida.
Tensions along the Lebanese border escalated on October 8, 2023 following a barrage of projectiles launched by the resistance group Hezbollah toward Israeli targets in solidarity with the Gaza Strip.
