The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) kidnaped at dawn Tuesday a number of Palestinian citizens during raids in the West Bank.
According to local sources, the IOF kidnaped five young men from their homes in the towns of Silwad and Birzeit in the province of Ramallah and Bireh.
In Qalqilya, Israeli forces kidnaped three young men after ransacking their homes in the city.
Three other young men were taken prisoners during IOF raids in the villages Husan and Wadi Fukin in Bethlehem province.
The IOF also raided several homes in Burqa village, northwest of Nablus, and kidnaped two young men.
In Tubas, the IOF tightened its security measures at the Tayasir checkpoint and prevented Palestinian vehicles from traveling on the road in both directions.
In Jericho, the IOF continued, for the second consecutive day, to impose a tight siege on the city and prevent its residents from leaving it.
