As the US-backed Israeli genocidal war on the Gaza Strip entered day 260 on Saturday, aerial and artillery strikes continued to pound and target different areas and massacre more civilians.
Reporters for the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) said that the Israeli occupation army continued to bomb homes and attack citizens in different areas of Gaza during the past 24 hours.
According to media sources, 54 civilians were killed and dozens were injured in three massacres committed by the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) in different areas of Gaza City on Saturday.
Local sources said that Israeli warplanes bombed an entire residential block in ash-Shati refugee camp in the west of Gaza City, killing at least 24 civilians and injuring dozens.
Another airstrike also targeted a house in al-Tuffah neighborhood, northeast of Gaza City, killing 19 citizens and injuring over 35 others.
Four martyrs were reported following an airstrike on a house in ash-Shuja’iya neighborhood in Gaza City.
Earlier, an artillery attack on az-Zeitoun neighborhood in Gaza City claimed the lives of seven citizens.
More casualties were reported in other areas of Gaza following Israeli aerial, artillery and shooting attacks last night and today.
