The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) kidnaped last night and at dawn Monday a number of Palestinian citizens during raids in the West Bank.
According to local sources, the IOF stormed Kharbatha Bani Harith village in western Ramallah and kidnaped a young woman from her home.
The IOF also kidnaped a citizen from his home in Shuqba town, west of Ramallah, and two others from al-Jalazon refugee camp in northern Ramallah.
Five citizens hailing from Gaza were taken prisoners during an IOF raid on a hotel in Bireh City near Ramallah. Two of the detainees suffer from cancer.
In Nablus, Israeli forces stormed Tal town and kidnaped an ex-detainee called Yehya Asida, who was released during the war on Gaza as part of the first prisoner swap deal months ago.
Five other citizens were also kidnaped during the same IOF raid in Tal town.
In al-Khalil, one citizen was kidnaped by the IOF from ad-Dhahiriya town.
The IOF also stormed other areas of the West Bank and east Jerusalem, with no reported arrests.
Meanwhile, one Israeli soldier was killed and others were injured when resistance fighters detonated an explosive device at an armored IOF vehicle in Nur Shams refugee camp in Tulkarem, according to the Hebrew media.
