As the US-backed Israeli genocidal war on the Gaza Strip entered day 271 on Wednesday, aerial and artillery strikes continued to pound and target different areas and massacre more civilians.
Reporters for the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) said that the Israeli occupation army continued to bomb homes and attack citizens in different areas of Gaza during the past 24 hours.
The Israeli forces have continued their ground invasion of large neighborhoods in Rafah, since May 7, while storming the Shuja’iya neighborhood for the sixth day amid air and artillery bombardment.
Several Palestinians were injured and taken to the Baptist Hospital following a series of Israeli attacks in Al-Shaaf and Al-Nakhil Streets and the vicinity of Al-Sanafour Junction, east of Gaza City.
Three martyrs were also reported in an Israeli airstrike on a vehicle in Al-Maghazi camp in the central Gaza Strip.
Two citizens were also killed in an Israeli attack on a group of citizens in Al-Maghazi camp in the central Gaza Strip, while Israeli artillery targeted the northeastern areas of Jabalia camp in the vicinity of Hamouda roundabout and Qalibo hill since the early morning hours.
Meanwhile, the Israeli forces opened heavy gunfire in eastern Gaza, coinciding with continued artillery shelling on multiple areas in the Al-Shuja’iya neighborhood and the vicinity of the Old City, east of Gaza City.
Seven other citizens were killed in an Israeli attack on a residential square in the Zarqa area in the Sheikh Radwan neighborhood, north of Gaza City.
Medical sources also reported that at least two people were injured in an Israeli airstrike on the “Kurd” family house in Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza Strip.
Meanwhile, the Israeli aircraft launched a fresh air strike on the Shujaiya neighborhood, east of Gaza City.
Early today, five people were killed, including 3 children, in an Israeli airstrike on the Maqat family house in the Sheikh Radwan neighborhood in Gaza City.
Similar attacks were also reported overnight in the Nuseirat camp in the central Gaza Strip
