As the US-backed Israeli genocidal war on the Gaza Strip entered day 272 on Thursday, aerial and artillery strikes continued to pound and target different areas and massacre more civilians.
Reporters for the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) said that the Israeli occupation army continued to bomb homes and attack citizens in different areas of Gaza during the past 24 hours.
According to media sources, journalist Mohamed as-Sakani, who works for Al-Quds satellite channel, was martyred in an Israeli attack on al-Tuffah neighborhood in Gaza City.
Casualties were reported when the Israeli army targeted a school sheltering displaced families in al-Rimal neighborhood in Gaza City.
The Israeli army also bombed a house and the gold market near the Omari Mosque in Ummar al-Mukhtar street in Gaza City, killing and injuring several civilians.
Civil defense and medical crews retrieved bodies of two martyrs from as-Saudi neighborhood in the west of Rafah, south of Gaza.
More casualties were reported in other areas of Gaza following Israeli aerial, artillery and shooting attacks last night and today.
