Palestinians kidnaped, others injured in IOF raids in W. Bank

A number of Palestinian citizens were kidnaped and others were injured on Tuesday when the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) launched dawn and morning raids in the West Bank.

According to local sources, the IOF kidnaped a university student from his home in Jinsafut village and two other young men from Azzun town in Qalqilya province.

In Bethlehem, the IOF kidnaped a young man from his home in Husan village.

In al-Khalil, Israeli forces carried out violent raids on homes in Beit Ummar town, assaulted members of families, detained them for a while and kidnaped two citizens, including a 14-year-old child.

In Ramallah, a university student was taken prisoner following an IOF raid on his home in Bireh City.

In Jericho, the IOF stormed a currency exchange store in the central district of the city, confiscated money and security camera recordings, with no reported arrests.

The IOF also stormed Aqabat Jabr refugee camp in southern Jericho and kidnaped one citizen from his home.

In Nablus, the Red Crescent said that one young man and three kids suffered shrapnel wounds after the IOF stormed at dawn the new refugee camp of Askar and clashed with local youths.

The IOF reportedly kidnaped three citizens during its campaign in Askar camp and eastern Nablus, amid clashes with resistance fighters.

In Tulkarem, resistance fighters opened fire and detonated explosive devices at Israeli forces and their vehicles in Tulkarem City and its refugee camp.
