Israeli occupation forces (IOF) stormed on Wednesday morning several areas in the West Bank and occupied Jerusalem simultaneously, stormed agricultural stores and nurseries, and seized materials claiming to be used in preparing explosive devices.

In Ramallah, the IOF, in several military vehicles accompanied by a truck, raided agricultural stores and nurseries in the town of Sarda in the north, and confiscated fertilizers and other materials used for agriculture.

Meanwhile, the IOF erected a barrier on Sarda Street between Ramallah and Birzeit, blocked traffic and confiscated materials from inside an agricultural nursery.

In Salfit, Israeli troops handed over notices warning the Palestinian citizens, farmers, and merchants against dealing with agricultural materials that contain ammonia or what they called “illegal fertilizers”, threatening to arrest whoever disobeys the orders.

The IOF arrested Marwan Iyad Al-Harsh, the owner of one of a fertilizers and pesticides shop in Salfit.

In Tulkarem, the IOF stormed the city and were stationed on Nablus Street adjacent to the entrances to Thennaba town and deployed snipers over one of the high buildings and broke into a commercial store selling agricultural materials and fertilizers and seized quantities of them.

The occupation soldiers also stormed the towns of Al-Shaarawiya, north of Tulkarem, from its western side, including Attil, Ellaar, and Baqa Al-Sharqiya, stormed two agricultural shops, confiscated agricultural fertilizers, and arrested the shops’ owners.

Local sources noted that Palestinian resistance fighters opened fire at the IOF soldiers stationed on Nablus Street, leading to the eruption of armed clashes.

The IOF also raided each of Ain Al-Sultan refugee camp in Jericho, the town of Halhoul, north of Al-Khalil, and the towns of Qubaiba and Beddo northwest of Jerusalem.

In the town of Beddo, the IOF stormed a veterinary and planting materials’ store, broke down its doors, wreaked havoc in its contents, and seized agricultural materials, and arrested a Palestinian man along with his son and nephew.
