Three Lebanese citizens were martyred on Monday evening in an Israeli air raid on the town of Bint Jbeil in southern Lebanon.
Lebanese security sources said that three civilians were killed and three others were injured in Israeli airstrike on a building in Bint Jbeil.
Earlier, media sources said that two Lebanese citizens, a brother and sister from the family of Dagher, were martyred and another one, their sister, were critically wounded when an Israeli warplane bombed their home in al-Owaini neighborhood in the town.
Medical and civil defense crews evacuated the casualties to a local hospital.
In a separate incident, two other people were martyred on the same day when an Israeli drone bombed a car traveling on a road near the border with Syria.
A security official said that the aerial attack targeted a car with a Lebanese license plate as it was crossing an area separating Lebanon and Syria, adding that a Syrian businessman was one of the victims.
He added that the Israeli army carried out two air raids on the border town of Marwahin and near Birkat Mays al-Jabal area.
In a related context, the Lebanese party, Hezbollah, fighters targeted on Monday Israeli soldiers and two military sites in border areas with different projectiles.
