Three Israeli soldiers were injured on Thursday morning in a Palestinian shooting operation near Azzun town, east of Qalqilya in the occupied West Bank.
According to media sources, resistance fighters opened fire from a car at Israeli soldiers on Road 55 in the west of Azzun town, injuring two of them moderately and one seriously.
Following the incident, the Israeli occupation army launched a manhunt for the shooters, who fled the area in a car, and set up several road checkpoints in the east of Qalqilya.
