A horde of extremist Jewish settlers burned on Sunday dozens of olive trees in Madama village, south of Nablus in the occupied West Bank.
Chief of the village council Abdullah Ziyada said that settlers from the illegal settlement of Yitzhar set fire to a vast tract of agricultural land in the village, destroying dozens of fruitful olive trees in the southern area of Madama.
Since the genocidal war on Gaza started last October, extremist settlers have escalated their attacks in the West Bank.
At least 578 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli forces and settlers in the West Bank and Jerusalem since October alone. 5,400 others have been wounded.
