A Palestinian citizen was martyred on Tuesday after he allegedly stabbed and injured an Israeli female soldier at the Tunnels checkpoint, south of Occupied Jerusalem.
According to Israeli medical sources, a young female soldier was lightly injured and taken to Hadassah Hospital after she was attacked.
The alleged stabber was reportedly shot dead by Israeli security officers at the scene. He was identified as Mohamed Hammash from al-Deheisha refugee camp in Bethlehem.
