As the US-backed Israeli genocidal war on the Gaza Strip entered day 308 on Friday, aerial and artillery strikes continued to pound and target different areas and massacre more civilians.
Reporters for the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) said that the Israeli occupation army continued to bomb homes and attack citizens in different areas of Gaza, especially in Khan Yunis and Rafah, during the past 24 hours.
The Israeli forces have continued their ground invasion of large neighborhoods in Rafah, since May 7, while storming Gaza City amid air and artillery bombardment.
The Prisoners’ Media Office revealed the names of five Gaza prisoners who were killed in Israeli prisons, including:
- Wafa Amin Muhammad Abdul Hadi
- Atta Yousef Hassan Fayyad
- Fathi Muhammad Mahmoud Jad Allah
- Majed Hamdi Ibrahim Suwafiri
- Ali Abdullah Suleiman Al-Hawli
Meanwhile, the Israeli 98th Division launched an offensive operation in Khan Yunis in the southern Gaza Strip and carried out 30 airstrikes throughout the area.
The Israeli helicopters also opened fire this morning east of Al-Qarara town, north of Khan Yunis.
Along the same line, Israeli artillery shelled several neighborhoods in Rafah while several buildings were blown up west of the city.
Three Palestinians were killed and several others were wounded, including a five-month-old infant, in an Israeli airstrike on the Hawila family house in Block 4 in Jabalia camp, north of the Strip.
Four more Palestinians were killed and others were wounded when the Israeli warplanes bombed the Matar family house, west of the Nuseirat camp, in the central Gaza Strip.
Two other Palestinians were killed and others were injured in Israeli shelling of Al-Maghazi camp in the central Gaza Strip.
