The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) kidnaped last night and at dawn Tuesday a number of Palestinian citizens during raids in the West Bank.
According to local sources, the IOF stormed different neighborhoods of Nablus City and kidnaped two citizens after ransacking their homes.
The IOF also kidnaped senior Fatah official Nasouh Abu Saad and his brother Hasan during raids on homes in the old refugee camp of Askar in the east of Nablus City.
One young man was reportedly injured in his abdomen by IOF gunfire during clashes with local youths in Askar camp.
In Tulkarem, Israeli forces stormed the towns of Illar and Anabta and kidnaped two citizens from their homes.
In Ramallah, the IOF kidnaped two young men from their homes identified as Jalal al-Khatib and Hamza Yassin, who had been released a few months ago from Israeli jails.
Local sources said that Israeli soldiers stole a sum of money and gold jewelry during the raid on Hamza’s house.
Two other citizens were taken prisoners during IOF raids on homes in Qalqilya City.
The IOF also stormed al-Kum village in the west of al-Khalil and kidnaped a young man after searching his home.
