Five Palestinian young men were martyred on Wednesday morning in Israeli army attacks in Tubas and Tamun town in the occupied West Bank, while an Israeli soldier killed another one yesterday in east Jerusalem.

According to local sources, the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) killed four young men during a drone strike on a car in Tamun town, south of Tubas province.

Eyewitnesses said that Israeli forces seized the martyrs’ bodies following the aerial attack on the car.

Earlier, Israeli forces killed an ex-detainee called Fayez Abu Amer after encircling his house and attacking it with a projectile in Tubas City in the northeast of the West Bank. The IOF also seized the body of Abu Amer.

Eyewitnesses said that the IOF kidnaped other young men from Abu Amer’s house after bombing it.

Meanwhile, the Palestinian Prisoner Society (PPS) said that the IOF raided over 10 homes in Tamun town and kidnaped a young man to pressure his brother to turn himself in.

PPS added that two other young men were kidnaped by the IOF following raids on homes in Tubas City.

Resistance fighters reportedly opened fire at the Israeli forces in Tubas and detonated some explosive devices at their vehicles.

Al-Qassam Brigades of Hamas and the al-Quds Brigades of Islamic Jihad affirmed that Israeli soldiers were injured during clashes with a group of their fighters in the city.

Local sources reported seeing an Israeli helicopter transporting wounded soldiers at the Tayasir checkpoint near Tubas.

In east Jerusalem, an Israeli sniper cold-bloodedly killed a young man in Anata town on Tuesday evening.

According to local sources, the young man, Shadi Wisam, was shot at from the illegal settlement of Pisgat Ze’ev during his presence in the car wash he owned in the area near the separation wall.

The Israeli army claimed Wisam was throwing stones at the settlement when he was shot down.
