The member of the Hamas Political Bureau, Ezzat al-Resheq, said on Wednesday evening that the Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s statements about allocating certain places in Gaza to giving polio vaccines represent a new misleading manipulation aimed at continuing the war of genocide and systematic killing of the Palestinian people.
Al-Resheq stressed in a statement that Netanyahu’s position does not reveal an approval of a humanitarian truce that the United Nations and international organizations demanded but means a slow death of the children of Gaza.
“The suspicious method Netanyahu and his government are trying to impose would thwart the United Nations move, and deny thousands of children the vaccination,” he said.
Al-Resheq explained that the United Nations and the international community are required to put pressure, by all means, on Netanyahu to accept a comprehensive humanitarian truce in Gaza, for giving polio vaccinations for all children in the Strip, in line with the United Nations’ call.
