The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) withdrew, on Thursday evening, from Tulkarem city after a three-day aggression that left at least five martyrs, including a girl, in addition to a number of detainees.
A widespread destruction was left in the city, including bulldozing, bombing, and demolishing homes and shops.
Following the IOF withdrawal, Tulkarem municipal crews began removing and cleaning up the rubble.
The disaster risk management teams of the Palestinian Red Crescent Society were able to enter the camp to distribute food supplies to the affected families, in a step to alleviate the impact of the destruction on the residents.
The Israeli forces launched large-scale aggression on the West Bank on August 28, killing at least 50 people and injuring 140 others.
