A Palestinian young man was martyred on Tuesday evening after the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) attacked a house in Jenin refugee camp, north of the West Bank.
According to local sources, Israeli forces encircled a house in Jenin camp and embarked on opening fire at it before attacking it with projectiles, killing a young man who was inside it.
The slain young man, whose body has been seized by the IOF, is 20-year-old Samer Jabbarin from Jenin, according to the Palestinian health ministry.
The IOF also clashed with resistance fighters during the same campaign in Jenin and its refugee camp.
In a separate incident, the IOF kidnaped a large number of Palestinian citizens during raids in different areas of the West Bank at dawn Wednesday.
According to local sources, Israeli forces stormed Asira al-Shamaliya town in Nablus and ransacked several homes.
The IOF reportedly raided the house of Palestinian MP Housni al-Bourini and used it as a center to interrogate and detain citizens.
The IOF kidnaped at least 20 citizens, including MP Bourini, during its campaign in Asira al-Shamaliya town.
In al-Khalil, over 17 citizens were kidnaped by the IOF during violent raids on their homes in Halhul City.
The IOF also stormed other areas of the West Bank, with no reported arrests.
