The Israeli army continued on Thursday its bloody war and escalated its military operation in Lebanon for the 25th day, bombing inhabited homes and attempting to advance in its ground incursion in the country, while Hezbollah continued its fierce confrontation and counterattacks at Israeli military bases and settlements in 1948 occupied Palestine.

The Lebanese Ministry of Health reported that at least three people were killed in an Israeli raid yesterday on the town of Tayr Dibba in the south of the country.

Several Lebanese villages and towns were hit by Israeli air and artillery bombardment and phosphoric munition.

The Lebanese Ministry of Health said on Wednesday that the death toll of the ongoing Israeli aggression against Lebanon rose to 2,367 martyrs, in addition to 11,088 injuries since October 8, 2023.

The Israeli raids that targeted Lebanese towns and villages over the past 24 hours, resulted in 25 martyrs and 235 wounded, it added.

Meanwhile, Hezbollah announced that its fighters bombarded the settlement of Kiryat Shmona with a rocket salvo, noting that the Israeli attempts to advance into the country were repelled and the Israeli advancing military tanks were destroyed.

“The fighters of the Islamic Resistance targeted two Merkava tanks on the Labouneh Heights with guided missiles, which led to the burning of the two tanks and the death and injury of their crews,” Hezbollah said.

Lebanese sources said that clashes broke out between Hezbollah fighters and Israeli soldiers on the Palestinian-Lebanese border on Thursday morning.

Israeli media said that seven Israeli soldiers were killed and at least 17 others injured in violent battles in southern Lebanon on Wednesday while on Tuesday the Israeli army announced the injury of 23 Israeli soldiers in the Gaza Strip and northern occupied Palestine.
