In the midst of catastrophic humanitarian suffering for more than two million Palestinians — half of them children, the Israeli occupation army continued, for the 384th consecutive day, to pound and target different areas and massacre more civilians in the Gaza Strip, especially in the northern areas.

Reporters for the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) said on Thursday that the Israeli occupation army carried out attacks on several homes, civilian targets and shelter centers in different areas of Gaza during the past 24 hours, killing and injuring dozens of citizens.

According to media sources, at least 17 citizens, mostly children and women, were martyred and 42 others were injured, many seriously, after the Israeli army bombed the Shuhada an-Nuseirat School in central Gaza.

The Israeli army also bombed tents sheltering displaced families inside the Abu Hussein School in Jabalia refugee camp in northern Gaza. No casualties have been reported.

At dawn, an Israeli sniper shot dead a young man in Tal al-Hawa neighborhood, southwest of Gaza City.

A mother and her child were reportedly killed in an Israeli attack in Jabalia camp.

Civil defense workers were injured in northern Gaza after an Israeli drone fired a missile at them.

More casualties were reported in different areas of Gaza following Israeli aerial, artillery and shooting attacks last night and today.

Israeli forces also continued today to destroy and detonate multiple homes and buildings during incursions in different areas, especially in northern Gaza.

In a related context, the health ministry in Gaza said on Thursday that the Israeli occupation army committed four massacres in different areas of the Gaza Strip during the past 24 hours, and killed and injured at least 187 civilians, while a large number of victims are still under the rubble of bombed buildings or lying on roads.

The ministry also said that the death toll from the ongoing Israeli bombardments and shooting attacks, which started on October 7, climbed to 42,847 martyrs and the number of the wounded surged to 100,544 people.
