Four Palestinian citizens were martyred on Tuesday morning when the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) bombed a car in Jenin and a house in Tubas in the West Bank.
The Palestinian health ministry said that two citizens were killed in an Israeli airstrike in Muthallath ash-Shuhada, south of Jenin.
Eyewitnesses said that an Israeli drone bombed a car in ash-Shuhada village, killing two people.
Last night, the IOF stormed Qabatiya town, south of Jenin, deployed snipers on rooftops of some buildings and raided several homes during its campaign, which continued into the morning hours.
Meanwhile, the IOF bulldozed the main road between the villages of southern Jenin as well as the entrance of Khirbet Janzur village.
Israeli bulldozers also destroyed the Shuhada rotary at the main entrance of Qabatiya town, amid violent clashes between local youths and Israeli forces.
In Tubas, two citizens were killed by the IOF in Tamun town on the same day.
Medical sources said that a Red Crescent ambulance crew evacuated a martyr from Tamun town after the IOF encircled and attacked a house.
Eyewitnesses said that Israeli troops encircled a house in Tamun and attacked it with projectiles before withdrawing from the area.
Later, paramedics recovered a body torn to shreds belonging to martyr Hani Bani Odeh from the bombed house, according to the eyewitnesses.
Another citizen was reportedly killed and his body was seized in the same IOF raid in Tamun town. His identity is still unknown.
Local sources said that the citizen was martyred when an Israeli drone fired multiple missiles in al-Rafid area of Tamun town, south of Tubas.
The IOF also stormed Fari’ah refugee camp in southern Tubas and used an armored bulldozer to destroy its main road and infrastructure, amid drone overflights.
Several homes were raided during the IOF campaign in Fari’ah camp.
In a related context, the Hamas Movement mourned three resistance fighters martyred in Israeli attacks in the morning in Tubas and Jenin, saying such Israeli crimes would only increase the resistance’s determination to uphold its path and remain loyal to the blood of martyrs.
In a statement on Tuesday, Hamas applauded the Palestinian resistance in the West Bank for their courage in confronting Israeli forces, affirming that the Israeli occupation’s crimes would not bring security to it or beak the steadfastness of the Palestinian people and their resistance.
