The Ministry of Health said on Sunday that 51 Palestinian citizens were martyred and 164 others injured in 3 Israeli massacres in the Gaza Strip over the past 24 hours.
The ministry added in its daily statistical report on the casualties of the Israeli war of genocide on Gaza that the number of victims has thus risen to 43,603 martyrs and 102,929 injured.
The ministry noted that the number does not include the number of martyrs and wounded in the massacre of Abu Nasr family in Beit Lahia in northern Gaza at dawn Sunday in which 93 were either killed or still missing.
It said that an unspecified number of martyrs are still under the rubble of destroyed buildings or lying on roads but could not be retrieved due to the IOF shooting attacks.
