The Lebanese Health Ministry released its daily report on the impact of ongoing Israeli airstrikes on Lebanon, noting significant casualties.
According to the report, airstrikes on Saturday, November 9, resulted in 53 people killed, and 99 others injured.
This brings the total death toll since the onset of hostilities to 3,189 killed and 14,078 wounded.
Lebanon’s health ministry, meanwhile, said an Israeli strike on the village of Almat north of Beirut killed 23 people, including seven children on Sunday.
Lebanese media also reported that rescue teams are still searching for missing people under the rubble of a targeted house in the town.
In the Bekaa, an Israeli air raid targeted the “Sereen” plain, and another targeted the city of Baalbek.
Lebanon has been exposed to Israeli aggression for a year, the pace of which has increased since the end of last September, killing and wounding thousands of civilians and the displacement of more than a million people.
