A Palestinian young man was shot dead after carrying out a shooting attack near the illegal settlement of Ariel in the West Bank on Friday.
Footage shared on social media shows a man apparently dead lying on the side of the road after the Israeli army announced it had “neutralized” an attacker who shot at a bus there.
At least nine Israeli soldiers were reportedly injured in the attack, three of them in critical condition.
Numerous Israeli ambulances and soldiers were seen at the site of the reported attack.
