Senior Hamas official Abdul-Rahman Shadeed has described the Israeli occupation army’s raids, violence and arrest campaigns in the West Bank as a failed attempt to dissuade the Palestinian people from continuing their struggle for their rights and land.
“The West Bank people and revolutionary youth will continue to confront the occupation, carry out special operations against it and support their compatriots in the Gaza Strip, who are facing an unprecedented war of extermination,” Shadeed said in a statement on Saturday.
“The West Bank has a large revolutionary reservoir and is capable of striking the occupation forces and settlers who keep destroying and rampaging through citizens’ homes, property and lands,” the Hamas official stressed.
He urged the West Bank youths to carry weapons and use them to resist the Israeli occupation and protect farmers and villagers against settler attacks.
