The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) kidnaped a number of Palestinian citizens during raids in the West Bank last night and on Sunday morning.

According to local sources, the IOF kidnaped seven citizens during raids in Nablus province, six of them from Deir al-Hatab village and one from the city.

The IOF also stormed different areas of Nablus City, broke into some homes and searched cars in Tunis street.

In Jenin, Israeli forces raided several homes in Qabatiya town and bulldozed roads.

A large number of Israeli troops also stormed al-Yamun town in western Jenin, spread in its streets and kidnaped a number of local young men, prompting parents to pick up their children early from schools.

In al-Khalil, the IOF stormed Beit Kahil town and fired stun grenades and tear gas canisters with no known reason.

In Ramallah, Israeli forces kidnaped two children after raiding their homes last night in Deir Qaddis village.

Israeli forces also stormed Qalqilya City, Azzun town, and neighborhoods near Ofer jail in western Ramallah.

In northern Jerusalem, Israeli police officers kidnaped two citizens during a raid in Beit Hanina town.

On Saturday evening, the Israeli police in Occupied Jerusalem summoned and interrogated relatives of the Jerusalemite detainees who were supposed to be released along with hundreds of West Bank and Gaza prisoners yesterday.

However, the Israeli government delayed the release of all the prisoners until further notice, although al-Qassam Brigades of Hamas handed over six Israeli captives to the Red Cross earlier on the same day.

The IOF also stormed different areas of the West Bank on Saturday evening, including Deir Dibwan village, where they raided homes, assaulted local residents, and confiscated security camera recordings.

IOF vehicles reportedly damaged a number of Palestinian cars during raids in Idhna town, west of al-Khalil, and Dinnaba suburb in eastern Tulkarem.
