Israeli occupation forces (IOF) have continued their aggression on Tulkarem city and refugee camp for the 50th consecutive day, and on Nur Shams refugee camp for the 37th day, along with enforcing displacement of citizens.

The IOF forced the remaining families in the Qaqoun neighborhood in Tulkarem camp to leave the camp, and assaulted citizens in Abu al-Foul neighborhood while they were trying to enter their homes to collect some necessary supplies.

According to the Media Committee in Tulkarem on Monday, the IOF forced the families of Rajab, Abu al-Ghiyab, Fathallah, Yassin and Rayeq to evacuate their homes near Khaled bin al-Walid Mosque in the Thenaba suburb.

Yesterday, the IOF forced the remaining residents of the Hannun Square neighborhood in the camp to evacuate their homes, threatening to arrest anyone seen in the area after that, and forced five families in the Thenaba Suburb near Tulkarem camp to leave their homes at gunpoint, while the IOF turned the houses into military barracks.

Over the past two days, about 200 families have been forced to leave Tulkarem camp, while families in the Qaqoun neighborhood were given just a few hours to leave their homes, according to the Media Committee.

More than 80 families, however, insist on staying in Tulkarem camp, refusing to leaving their homes despite the risk and threats of the occupation, which has turned dozens of houses into military barracks, especially in Nablus Street, the two camps, Jabal Abu al-Nasr, Al-Rashid and Jabal al-Salheen Suburbs.
