The Islamic Resistance Movement, Hamas, strongly condemned the “brutal Zionist aggression against our brotherly Arab countries; Lebanon and Syria, and the ongoing American aggression against Yemen.”
Hamas said in a statement on Sunday that this aggression constitutes an extension of the continuous assault on the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank, in blatant violation of the sovereignty of nations and international laws.
It emphasized that the continuation of Israeli airstrikes on Lebanon and Syria, along with the intensification of American aggression against Yemen, alongside the daily massacres in the Gaza Strip and the crimes of occupation in the West Bank, represents a dangerous escalation that requires a unified Arab and Islamic stance that matches the scale of this assault and puts an end to the enemy’s arrogance and ongoing crimes.
The Movement expressed its full solidarity with Yemen, Lebanon, and Syria, and saluted all resistance forces defending Palestine and the dignity of the Arab and Islamic nation.
Israel has escalated its barbaric bombardment in recent days of Syria and Lebanon, coinciding with American airstrikes on Yemen, resulting in dozens of martyrs and wounded amidst international silence regarding these massacres, which come at a time when Israel continues its genocide against Palestinians in the Gaza Strip.
