Two people have been killed in Israeli strikes on Lebanon, bringing today’s total to six, according to the country’s Ministry of Health.
The latest victims were killed in an air strike targeting a vehicle in the southern town of Baraachit.
Earlier today, Israeli strikes killed four people in the country’s south, according to Lebanese authorities, with Israel claiming that it had struck Hezbollah members.
Three people were killed by a drone targeting a vehicle in the Yohmor area, while one other was killed when a different drone targeted a vehicle near the village of Maaroub.
Today’s strikes were the latest in a series of deadly attacks in south Lebanon, despite a November ceasefire between Israel and Hezbollah after more than a year of hostilities, including two months of open war.
