US airstrikes on Yemen’s Hodeida City targeted a water management building on Tuesday evening, killing at least three civilians and injuring two others.
According to local media outlets, the US attack, which targeted the water facility in the al-Mansouriyah district in Hodeida province with several strikes, resulted in several civilian casualties, including employees.
US airstrikes also targeted Yemen’s northern provinces of Saada and Hajjah.
The current US bombing campaign has taken a heavy toll on civilians, with at least 25 being killed in just the first week of US strikes from March 15 to March 21, according to official reports from Yemen. Since March 15, the US has been bombing northern Yemen every day.
