1350 citizens tested positive for COVID-19 (coronavirus) in the West Bank the Gaza Strip and Jerusalem during the period between June 19 and 25. No related deaths happened during the week.
This came in a new COVID-19 situation report released on Sunday by the Palestinian health ministry in Ramallah.
According to the report 938 of the new COVID-19 cases are from the West Bank 12 from Gaza and 400 others from Jerusalem.
During the same period 400 patients also recovered from the virus in the West Bank and 11 others in Gaza.
Moreover 17 patients are receiving medical care in hospitals in the West Bank and Gaza and three of them are being treated in intensive care units.
